Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Cultural Art Learning (Rentak Bulian Dance) in class VII.2 SMP Negeri 4 Siak Hulu in Odd Semesters for the Academic Year 2022/2023. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the Learning of Cultural Art (Rentak Bulian Dance) in class VII.2 SMP Negeri 4 Siak Hulu in Odd Semesters for the Academic Year 2022/2023. The theory used in this study is Wina Sanjaya (2013:58-61), which has five components including: Learning Objectives, Learning Materials, Learning Methods, Learning Media, Learning Evaluation. Learning materials for Rentak Bulian Dance in Class VII.2 SMP Negeri 4 Siak Hulu with 5 meetings with an allotted time of 2x40 minutes. The learning method uses the lecture method, question and answer, discussion and practice. Learning evaluation was carried out using 2 techniques, namely written and practival tests with a KKM score of 75, the curriculum used was the independent curriculum. This study used a qualitative descriptive method that used data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation with 38 reserch subjects namely 1 art and culture teacher an 37 students/I class VII.2 SMP Negeri 4 Siak Hulu .
