Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of occupational health and safety programs on employee accidents at the Ramajaya Pramukti – Ramabakti Estate company. The population in this study were all employees in the production sector of the Ramajaya Pramukti – Ramabakti Estate company, namely 127 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with the slovin technique so that the number of samples is 56 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research and the data sources used are primary and secondary. The research data were obtained from questionnaires, literature studies and interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis of simple linear regression. The test results found that the occupational health and safety program had a negative and significant effect on employee work accidents at the Ramajaya Pramukti - Ramabakti Estate company. The better the implementation of the occupational health and safety program, the lower the level of employee accidents that occur at the Ramajaya Pramukti – Ramabakti Estate company.
