Abstract
This research was conducted at the Tenayan Raya District Health Center Pekanbaru City. The problem that will be examined in this study is how the quality of public services at the community health center in Tenayan Raya District is, and what are the obstacles in the service process at the public health center in Tenayan Raya District. The purpose of this study is that researchers can find out and explain how the quality of health services at the Tenayan Raya District Health Center is, and so that researchers can find out what are the obstacles in health services at the Tenayan Raya District Health Center Pekanbaru City. The method in this study is to use a qualitative method, where the researcher conducts interviews as a data collection technique in the field by asking questions to informants. The informants in this study were the people who were patients at the Tenayan Raya District Health Center, and the employees or staff of the Tenayan Raya District Health Center. From interviews conducted by researchers during the research, it can be concluded from the results of the interviews that services at the Tenayan Raya District Health Center are running well, where employees are able to provide good services and complete and adequate facilities and infrastructure. Apart from that, the obstacles to public services at the Tenayan Raya District Health Center are that there are still some employees who lack discipline, employees or doctors who do not apply 3S (smiles, greetings, greetings), besides that there are also employees who do not wear the attributes that should be on when providing services. The suggestion from the researcher is that the Puskesmas often hold training or training that discusses services at the Tenayan Raya Subdistrict Health Center. No less important is the supervision of officers so that officers are more stringent in order to be disciplined. This is recommended and carried out to maintain the quality of public services at the Tenayan Raya District Health Center
