Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of salary, bonuses and incentives on the performance of employees at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Pekanbaru. The population of this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely employees in the warehouse section totaling 74 people. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and the use of Smart PLS 3.0 Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of this study indicate that salaries, bonuses and incentives partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Pekanbaru.
