Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the stages of preparing the RKPDes in the village of Koto Perambahan, Kampa District, Kampar Regency and to determine the factors in the implementation of the stages of RKPDes preparation in Koto Perambahan Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. Type of qualitative research. The data comes from the results of interviews and observations. Informants in this study consisted of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of the Community Empowerment Institute, and community elements. Based on research conducted on the implementation of the stages of preparing the RKPDes in the village of Koto encroachment, Kampa sub-district, Kampar district in general, it has been going well but there are some things that need to be improved, such as from the communication side, it needs to be improved, especially in conducting village meetings to listen to suggestions and criticisms from the community and forums. communication that needs to be increased. On the resource side, it is necessary to pay attention, especially in terms of educational background in accordance with government duties. The disposition is quite good because it is in accordance with Permendagri Number 114 of 2014 concerning Village Development Guidelines. Meanwhile, on the side of the bureaucratic structure in the preparation of the RKPDes of Koto Perambahan Village, a special committee has been formed in the preparation of the RKPDes of Koto Perambahan Village so that it is more focused and in line with expectations. Meanwhile, in terms of factors in the preparation of the RKPDes of Koto Perambahan Village which consists of Deliberation, Participation, Background resources and Communication. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the RKPDes preparation stages in Koto Perambuhan Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency consist of Less Community Participation, The educational background of village officials is not in accordance with the workload, and Communication is still low
