Abstract

This research was conducted at Sungai Buluh Community Health Center, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of this research is to find out how the service quality of Sungai Buluh Health Center and the obstacles in implementing Sungai Buluh Health Center Services, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to look at the service quality of Sungai Buluh Public Health Center with 5 (five) indicators to measure them,namely:tangible,reliability,Assurance, Responsivinnes ,Empaty. This type of research is qualitative research, where the respondents' answers are described by the author. With data collection techniques, namely by observing, documenting, and interviewing directly to patients or Administrative staff (TU) and the head of the Health Center Sungai Buluh, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Based on the data analysis conducted, the Quality of Service of the Puskesmas in Sungai Buluh Village, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is managed quite well. The suggestions to improve the quality of service are to pay more attention to service facilities to make them more comfortable.
