Abstract

In employee attendance, PT Federal International Finance implements an application called my absence professional. In this application, employee attendance data is directly linked by e-mail to the personnel and director functions. The documents used in PT Federal International Finance's payroll system are: attendance cards, payroll registers, payroll envelopes and proof of cash out. The accounting records used in recording the salaries of PT Federal International Finance are: general journals and financial reports. The general journal is used as a record of disbursing employee salaries, while the financial statements are used as a record of the entire incoming and outgoing money of the company. Functions related to PT Federal International Finance's payroll system are: personnel function and financial function. The personnel function has an important role in paying employees such as finding new employees, calculating the number of overtime employees, making decisions on salary rates, incentives, and terminating employees. While the financial function is responsible for providing employee salaries, paying salaries to employees, making cash out reports and financial reports. ?
