Abstract
This study aims to develop animated video media with the help of powtoon in the fourth grade statistical material at SDN 66 Pekanbaru. This research method uses development research with ADDIE development model. This research uses three stages. (1) the analysis stage, namely the analysis of teacher needs, student analysis, and curriculum, (2) the design stage, namely designing the product according to the needs. (3) the development stage is the validity test. The results of this study indicate that the expert assessment of animated video media materials assisted by Powtoon is a very feasible category with a percentage of 90%. The linguist's assessment of the animated video media material with the help of Powtoon is a very decent category with a percentage of 92.5%. The expert assessment of this Powtoon-assisted animation video media material design category is very feasible with a percentage of 96%. Overall validation from material experts, linguists, and design experts is an average of 93.1% with very feasible criteria.
