Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the contribution of eye-foot coordination and leg muscle power to the goal ball kick at soccer extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Kubu Babussalam Rokan Hilir. The type of this research is multiple correlation, namely calculating the level of relationship between several different variables. The population in the football extracurricular of SMA Negeri 1 Kubu Babussalam Rokan Hilir is 20 people. The sample in this study was the football extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 1 Kubu Babussalam Rokan Hilir as many as 20 people. The research instrument used was an eye-foot coordination test, a leg muscle power test and a kick test on a soccer goal. The data analysis technique used is the multiple correlation value test. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that 1) There is a contribution of eye-foot coordination to the results of kicks on goal at football extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Kubu Babussalam Rokan Hilir with rcount = 0.633 > rtable = 0.444 with KD = 40.07%, 2) There is a contribution of leg muscle power to the results of kicks on goal in football extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Kubu Babussalam Rokan Hilir with rcount = 0.596 > rtable = 0.444 with KD value = 35.52%, 3). There is a contribution of leg muscle strength and leg muscle power to the results of kicks on goal at soccer extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Kubu Babussalam Rokan Hilir with rcount = 0.706 > rtable = 0.444 with KD value = 51.12%.
