Abstract
The relationship between eye-foot coordination on the passing and stopping abilities of SSB football players, Pelangiran District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The background of this research is the results of observations in SSB Pelangiran District. In the observation, there were several problems that became the background of this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between eye-foot coordination on the passing and stopping abilities of SSB football players, Pelangiran District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Population is the subject of research. The population of this research is the SSB players in Pelangiran District, totaling 13 people. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling and the number of samples was 13 people. There are 2 research instruments that the researcher uses, namely the eye and foot coordination test and the football passing stopping test. The results of the calculations carried out obtained a correlation index of 0.632. the value is in the range between 0.40 - 0.70 with sufficient correlation category. The value of r table is 0.553. thus the comparison results obtained 0.632 > 0.553. The results of the calculation of the t value found that the value of t count = 2.71. while the value of t table on is 2.20. Because the value of t count > t table, the hypothesis is accepted or true. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that there is a relationship between eye and foot coordination on passing and stopping football at SSB, Pelangiran District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. value of r count > r table or 0.632 > 0.553. The relationship category is sufficient.
