Abstract

Rice distribution for the poor is still a problem where the distribution of rice for the poor has not yet been properly targeted for the category of the poor as a whole so that the distribution of rice for the poor is not right on target. Distribution of rice to the poor by the Raskin Task Force Team in Districts and Villages in Bandar Petalangan Regency has not been evenly distributed in the data collection of recipients of rice assistance to the poor so that some of the poor have not received rice assistance for the poor. The District and Village Raskin Task Force Team in distributing rice to the poor cannot be separated from the achievement of policies that will be achieved through Effectiveness, Efficiency, Sufficiency, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that hinder the evaluation of the implementation of the Bandar Petalangan Regent's Decree Number: Kpts. 144/Kessos/2019 Concerning the Sub-District and Village Raskin Task Force Team in Distributing Rice to the Poor in Bandar Petalangan Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the distribution of Raskin was not right on target, this was due to the lack of data collection activities for the poor, socialization of rice assistance for the poor in the community, lack of coordination from the sub-district and village heads. in data collection evenly and the needs of recipients of rice assistance are poor, so that many poor people have not received assistance. However, the authors suggest that the District and Village Raskin Task Force Team conduct data collection evenly for the poor as recipients of rice assistance for the poor, disseminate rice assistance to the poor, and cooperate with the sub-district and village heads as well as village heads. village heads and communities in distributing rice to the poor.
