Abstract
Performance is an important aspect to measure the success of a Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in achieving its goals. In the process, performance is influenced by various factors, one of which is financial literacy, namely general knowledge about finance for micro businesses, they are good at filling time to invest and they are very good at spending according to their needs. In MSME, insurance is low because they have not felt much benefit from this insurance themselves. And regarding general knowledge about finance, it can further improve the performance of MSME, especially on the sales side.
