Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of communication skills and emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Pekanbaru. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Indomarco Adi Prima, which amounted to 60 people, while the sampling technique used a census (saturated sample), which consisted of all employees with 60 respondents. This type of research uses quantitative data and for data analysis using multiple linear analysis using the SPSS 17.0 application. The results of this study can be concluded that the variables of communication ability and emotional intelligence have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Pekanbaru.
