Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the leadership style at PT. BPR Gemilang Tembilahan. The population in this study were all employees who worked in the company, amounting to 29 people. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, namely the informants were taken based on the considerations of the researchers, totaling 8 people consisting of employees from the operational division, credit division, general division and funds and services division. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and observation. The data analysis technique in this study used interactive analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style (directive, supportive, participatory and achievement-oriented) is optimal.
