Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the income level of the tempe chip industry in Sei Beras-Beras Village, Lubuk Batu Jaya District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The data used in this study is using primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used in processing the results of this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis where the method is used to measure the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the R^2 value was 0.931732. This means that 93% of the independent variables (capital, raw materials, and labor) are representative to explain the dependent variable (tempe chip industry income). While the rest is explained by other variables outside the model. Furthermore, seen from the coefficient value of the independent variable and the t (partial) test, it can be seen that the capital variable (X_1) has a positive and significant effect on the income level of the tempe chip industry (Y) in Sei Beras-Beras Village. Then the raw material variable (X_2) has a positive and significant effect on the level of income (Y) in Sei Beras-Beras Village. And the labor variable (X_3) has no significant effect on the level of income (Y) in Sei Beras-Beras Village. While the F (Simultaneous) Test of the three independent variables simultaneously has a significant influence on the level of income in Sei Beras-Beras Village.
