Abstract
This research was conducted at the Talang Subur Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Talang Mulya Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of the research conducted in this cooperative is to find out whether the application of accounting treatment in this cooperative is in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The method used is a qualitative research method that analyzes data descriptively by collecting data and then grouping it so that it can be studied, presented and analyzed based on relevant theories. The results of the study and the description of the discussion obtained by the researchers showed the conclusion that the Talang Subur Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Talang Mulya Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency was not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. KUD Talang Subur has not made allowance for doubtful accounts and journal reclassification of long-term debt.
