Abstract
At the Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office Kuantan Singingi in granting a Building Permit (IMB) is still it was found that the settlement period was not in accordance with the Standard Operasional Procedure (SOP) and the performance of the Kuantan Singingi Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service, Service in impelementing public service , especially the Building Permit (IMB) service, had not adequate. This research was conducted aiming to find out how the service is in granting a Building Permit (IMB) at the Office of Investment and One Stop Services in Kuantan Singingi Regency and to find out what are the inhibiting factors for services in granting a Building Permit (IMB) at the Investment and One Stop Services Office Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The method use in this study is a qualitative research method using the Sinambela theory (2014:6). The indicators of this research are Transparency, Accountability, Participatory, Conditional, Equality of Rights and Balance of Rights and Obligations. The results of the study conclude that services in granting permits Establishing a building (IMB) at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency has carried out its functions and authorities but has not been opyimal. The inhibiting factors for service in granting Building Permits (IMB) at the Office of Investment and One Sto[ Integrated Services,namely Human Resources (SDM) have not met the Quantity and Quality and the lack of information related to online-based Building Permit (IMB) licensing services for the community.
