Abstract

Sport is one of the physical and psychological activities of a person which is useful for maintaining and improving the quality of one's health after sports. To produce a good and accurate futsal game, several factors are needed, such as basic techniques and strategies in playing futsal, but you also have to have good physical condition. The purpose of this study was to determine the level profile of the physical condition of futsal athletes in the construction of a futsal club in Bengkalis Regency, Bengkalis District. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were PSFC futsal athletes in Bengkalis district, Bengkalis district. The sample technique is a saturated sample with a sample size of 13 people. The instruments used refer to Koni's sources (2003) which consist of a leg dynamometer, 50 meter run, 6x10 meter shuttle run test, flexometer, and 15 minutes run. Based on the data processing carried out with the PSFC futsal athlete statistical system, the average value is 3.2 at intervals of 2.0 - 3.9. The profile level of the physical condition of futsal athletes for the construction of one futsal club in Bengkalis district, Bengkalis sub-district is categorized as very poor.
