Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on the work productivity of PT. Bara Prima Pratama, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The place of this research was carried out at PT. Bara Prima Pratama, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study was 93 employees, sampling using the saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples, so the sample in this study is 93 people. This research method is quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires and the data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study concluded; 1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Bara Prima Pratama, Indragiri Hilir Regency. 2) ) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Bara Prima Pratama, Indragiri Hilir Regency. 3) Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Bara Prima Pratama, Indragiri Hilir Regency.
