Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee productivity in the production department at PT. SAR in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study were employees in the production department with the positions of foreman and operator at PT. SAR in Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2020, namely 31 employees. The sampling technique in this study used the census method. So the sample in this study were 31 employees. Based on the calculation results show that there is a positive influence between motivation on the work productivity of employees in the production department at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa (SAR) in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Motivation is in the good category.
