Abstract
The Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Kampar Regency (DPMPTSP) has the main task of assisting the regent in organizing government in the field of integrated licensing services and investment that is cross-sectoral coordination, and formulating technical policies for licensing services but in terms of licensing services at DPMPTSP Kampar Regency it is still There are a number of problems, based on survey results and data processing of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for licensing and non-licensing services at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office (DPMPTSP) of Kampar Regency, the public still complains about the time interval for obtaining permits which is still quite long and difficult to ascertain. and Compliance with Service Requirements Based on the background of the problem that the author described above, the author determines the first main problem How is the Licensing Service Organized at the Kampar Regency One-Stop Investment Service based on Kampar Regent Regulation Number 68 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of One-Stop Integrated Services? And secondly, what are the obstacles to the implementation of licensing services at the Kampar Regency One-Stop Investment Service based on Kampar Regent Regulation Number 68 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of One-Stop Integrated Services? This research is seen from the type of research, using a research method that is a type of empirical legal research by means of a survey. This research was carried out by seeking information from a problem that occurred directly at a predetermined research location using interview and questionnaire techniques. The results of this study, the Implementation of Licensing Services at the Investment Service One-Stop Integrated Service in Kampar Regency based on Kampar Regent Regulation Number 68 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of One-Stop Integrated Services Currently DPMPTSP Kampar Regency uses the OSS application system version 1.1 and SICANTIK. Standard service components include: System requirements, mechanisms and procedures, Service period, Service products, Complaint handling, suggestions and input/appreciation, but System Requirements and procedures, Service period in administering licensing services at DPMPTSP Kampar Regency has not gone well. And obstacles to the implementation of licensing services at DPMPTSP Kampar Regency are the incomplete Online Single Submisson (OSS) system from the central government, limited human resources, namely employees in inadequate quality and quantity and lack of understanding and mastery of community/business community technology regarding licensing and non-licensing in DPMPTSP Kampar Regency.
