Abstract

Basically the holding of the Asean Economic Community Jurisdiction (AEC) on Labor Synchronization in the Indonesian Legal System As a Member State Association of the South East Asia Nation (ASEAN) which is regulated in the 2015 AEC Blueprint is motivated by the current phenomenon of labor who get jobs both at home and abroad, which is also made by the state as one of the goals to build a better national economy. This is done by several ASEAN countries because some countries in the region no longer want to experience a monetary crisis that can harm many parties. This study aims to find out how the juridical review of the ASEAN Economic Community on labor synchronization in the Indonesian legal system as an ASEAN country is regulated in the 2015 AEC Blue Print along with mechanisms for resolving possible problems. This research was conducted by the method of "literature research" or through literature studies in writing this essay. The results obtained from this study are Especially in the AEC jurisdiction review of labor synchronization, that what is meant by AEC here is a professional workforce under the blueprint rule. ASEAN succeeded in completing the substantive discussion on the MRA as an effort to create harmonization and standardization of prospective professional workers for all ASEAN member countries, which is an improvement in the AEC agreement in the field of employment. AEC cannot be separated from ASCC and ASC as an ASEAN Community unit, the possibility of individual problems arising from the implementation of AEC may occur, but until now ASEAN has submitted the resolution of the problem to the relevant country in accordance with the principle of noninterfenrence. Therefore, the place where the problem occurs, is where it is resolved and must follow the legal system in that country, which is the state of Indonesia as one of ASEAN member countries.
