Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred in Indonesia for approximately 2 years has affected all aspects of human life, including the world of education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, learning is done online or learning is done online from home. However, since the beginning of 2022, COVID-19 cases in Indonesia have begun to decline and face-to-face learning has begun to be implemented gradually by schools. However, it is undeniable that the implementation of face-to-face learning after the COVID-19 pandemic has encountered many difficulties. One of them in learning mathematics. Where there are many learning difficulties in learning mathematics. Therefore, a research was conducted that aims to analyze the learning difficulties of students in class VB mathematics at SDN 168 Pekanbaru. This research is a qualitative research with a case study method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there were 4 difficulties in learning mathematics experienced by students during the pandemic, namely difficulty in counting, difficulty in transferring knowledge, difficulty in understanding mathematical language and difficulty in visual perception.
