Abstract

Wages are a very important thing for a worker to use to fulfill their daily needs, wages are also a goal the beginning of the workforce in doing a job. In this case the workforce required to do and produce a job, but work This is done in excess of the working hours specified in the agreement work. From work carried out by workers exceeding the time It has been agreed that workers should get additional wages the work done, but in the practice of its implementation the employer does not give the wage as he should to the worker. The purpose of this study is to know clearly how to protect the law against the implementation of payment of wages based on Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. The main problem of this research is how to do it payment of wages based on No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower towards employees at MNC Leasing in Pekanbaru and what are the factors inhibitor in the implementation of payment of wages at MNC Leasing in Pekanbaru. The type of research used is research using observational research method, namely by survey. By using Data collection tool is by interview technique. Then use analytical descriptive nature. From the results of the research that the author did that the implementation of payment wages for employees at MNC Leasing in Pekanbaru are said to be inappropriate with legislation, because of employers or employers i.e. MNC Leasing does not pay overtime wages as stipulated in Law No. 13 of 2003 About Employment. In addition, the government is also considered not firm in its terms implement the Manpower Act, and it has not been implemented strict sanctions against employers who violate statutory regulations - invitation and Government Regulation No. 78 of 2015 concerning Wages. Obstacles in the implementation of payment of these wages are absence calculation of overtime work, frequent delays occur implementation of payment of wages, as well as the deduction of wages of workers made by employers or employers.
