Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the transparency and accountability of village financial management, especially at each stage of accountability and transparency management in East Lubuk Bendahara Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data sources from interviews with informants and documents from the research object. The results of this study indicate that the financial management of Lubuk Bendahara Timur Village has not met the principles of accountability and transparency. Where in the accountability indicators for village financial management there are still several stages that are not appropriate, one of which is the delay in the village government in agreeing on the draft village regulation. Then the transparency indicator still does not meet the principle of transparency in the ease of access to cash in and cash out.
