Abstract

Control of 3 Kilogram Lpg Gas Cylinders is still experiencing problems starting from the location of sale, price, distribution of 3 Kilogram Lpg Gas Cylinders and the difficulty of finding 3 Kilogram LPG Gas Cylinders. The control of 3 Kilogram LPG Gas Cylinders in Pekanbaru City is still experiencing problems, namely the lack of supplies for the community. Pekanbaru City Industry and Trade Office in carrying out its duties in controlling 3 Kilogram LPG cylinders cannot be separated from the achievement of policies to be achieved through Effectiveness, Efficiency, Sufficiency, Evenness, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menghambat evaluasi pelaksanaan tugas Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Pekanbaru dalam Pengendalian Tabung Gas LPG 3 Kilogram di Kota Pekanbaru. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the control of the 3 Kilogram Lpg Gas Cylinder in Pekanbaru City was not right on target, where the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Office had not carried out data collection, supervision, and sanctions so that there were still violations that occurred because there were no supervisory activities carried out for each of them. each base. 3 Kilogram LPG Gas Cylinder in Pekanbaru City, the lack of a special number of employees to record each base so that there are no violations. However, the authors suggest that the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Office carry out monitoring activities, routinely collect data on each 3 Kilogram Lpg Gas Cylinder base, impose sanctions on 3 Kilogram Lpg Gas Cylinder bases that violate the rules, provide a suggestion box for each 3 Kilogram Lpg Gas Base.
