Abstract
The legal relationship between the buyer and the seller of palm oil in Muara Basung Village can be seen when an agreement is reached between the oil palm farmer and the buyer's agent. When the buyer's agent lends money to the farmer, and the farmer agrees to sell their crops to the buyer's agent who has lent the money in return. Legal relationship is a relationship that has legal consequences, namely rights and obligations. A legal relationship based on an agreement is a legal relationship that occurs because of the agreement or agreement of the parties. While the legal relationship that occurs because of the law is a relationship that occurs because the law or customary law determines it so, without the need for prior approval or agreement. Based on the background of the problem described above, the authors first determine how to implement the sale and purchase agreement of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) between oil palm farmers and buying agents in Muara Basung Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency and how to settle Defaults on the Sale and Purchase Agreement of Fresh Fruit Bunches ( FFB) Between Oil Palm Farmers and Buying Agents in Muara Basung Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency. This writing, when viewed from the type of research, can be grouped into sociological legal research conducted by survey, namely research directly to the research location using data collection tools in the form of interviews. Meanwhile, if viewed from its nature, this writing is descriptive, which means the research is intended to provide a detailed, clear and systematic description of the main research problems. Implementation of the Sale and Purchase Agreement of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) between Oil Palm Farmers and Buying Agents in Muara Basung Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, that the first party is the Palm Oil Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) farmer and the agent as the second party in implementing the Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) sales agreement ) must sell Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) which have the best quality, so that farmers and agents both benefit. Settlement of Default of Sale and Purchase of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) between Oil Palm Farmers and Buying Agents in Muara Basung Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency that oil palm farmers will not be penalized by the parties for correcting mistakes by way of the selling price of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) will be charged price reduction by 10%. With the decline in prices, it is expected that in the future the production of sales of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) will increase.
