Abstract

The purpose of this study to find out how is online learning on English subject of lesson plan component, learning steps and assessment during Covid-19 pandemic at MA DDI Pulau Kecil. Online learning is learning that can be done anywhere and anytime through a connection connected to the internet. This learning can be done remotely and is an effective learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research design is qualitative research. The sample in this research are two English teachers and one class XI (that consists of 30 students) by the random sampling method at MA DDI Pulau Kecil. The researcher using questionnaire as instrument related to lesson plans, learning steps and assessment component. The questionnaire for teachers has 26 items and for the students have 15 items. To analyze data the researcher using scale Likert. Based on the data that the researcher get from the teachers and students’ questionnaires, is is known that all the indicators of online learning are implemented well by two English teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Darud Da’wah Wal Irsyad Pulau Kecil during the covid-19 pandemic. It is supported by the total percentage where on lesson plan components reach 91% of agree statements, then on learning steps more than 90% of agree statement and the last for assessment component get the percentage 22.8% from three statements.
