Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the Implementation of the Village Development Work Plan for the 2021 Fiscal Year in Sungai Alam Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The implementation of village development is based on the Village Development Work Plan document (RKP Des) which has been translated into the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget document (APB Desa) for the 2021 fiscal year. 2021 (Village Funds, and Village Fund Allocations) with the realization of the budget in the 2021 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget document (APB Desa), as well as activities that have not been realized even though a budget is available, is a problem in implementing this village development work plan. The research indicators used include information, policy content, community support and potential sharing. The research method using Quantitative and Qualitative Methods complement each other. With data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation, with the number of informants as well as respondents in this study as many as 33 (thirty three) people. The results showed that the implementation of the Village Development Work Plan for the 2021 Fiscal Year in Sungai Alam Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency was quite good. This means that the implementation of the Village Development Work Plan for the 2021 Fiscal Year in Sungai Alam Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency has not run optimally. This is because there are 2 (two) indicators in the implementation of the development that are not running optimally, namely the information indicator and the community support indicator. Meanwhile, the indicators for Policy Content and Potential Distribution have been running optimally. It is recommended that the Sungai Alam Village Government, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency continue to communicate with relevant regional officials at the Bengkalis Regency and Riau Province levels to provide indicative ceiling data to the Village before the Village Government Work Plan is implemented. The Sungai Alam Village Government also needs to innovate in an effort to increase community support such as increasing community aspirations, changing the hours and days of the Musdes for the implementation of village development and providing training (capacity building) to the Activity Implementation Team so that they have competence in carrying out village development.
