Abstract

Productivity is one of the fundamental factors that influence the performance of competitiveness in the construction industry. Productivity contains an understanding of the comparison between the results achieved with the role of labor unity of time (Stefanus dan Suryotomo, 2007). The process flow in concrete work repeats column on the Riau High Prosecutor building project starting from the work of reinforcement, formwork and casting in the column. The construction of column structures in this project use a manufacturing system where manufacturing systems use several tools for each work so that the work becomes faster when compared to projects that use conventional systems. The purpose of this study is to determine the flow of the process of column implementation, evaluate how much productivity and coefficients on the execution of column work and compare the results of the coefficient between the field index and the SNI index. The method used in this study is to use a time study method where this method directs engineering in choosing a method that is related to designing a work station that is desired either by the designer or for the company. The main aspect of the time study consists of a variety of procedures to determine the length of time needed with a standard time measurement set for each activity involving humans, machinery or a combination of activities. The results process flow of the research at the Riau High Prosecutor's Project showed that the volume of acquisition was obtained at 1162.66 kg with an average time of 932,076 minutes. The volume of formwork is obtained at 47.50 m2 with an average time of 684,327 minutes while for the volume of casting is 6.928 m3 with an average time of 493.203 minutes. The idol time after workmanship is obtained for 3 days and formwork dismantling is carried out with a volume of 47.50 m2 and an average time of 491,721 minutes. From the results of the observation, the total column reinforcement process time is 2601,327 minutes.
