Abstract

Armis, M.Si) This study was conducted with the aim to determine the role of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Margodadi in Sukamaju Village, Singingi Hilir Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency in increasing the income of its members and to know the role of Margodadi Village Unit Cooperative in improving the welfare of its members. This research was carried out in Sukamaju Village, Singingi Hilir Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency with a population of 7,359 sampled as many as 41 people. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The method or data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive using questionnaires. From the results of this study, the average income of the respondents before becoming a member of the Cooperative was Rp. 904,878,049 and the average income of the respondents after becoming members of the Cooperative was Rp. 2,287,804. So that there is an increase in the average income of 1,382,925.95 or 152.83%. Thus the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Margodadi Sukamaju Village, Singingi Hilir Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency has a role in improving welfare..
