Abstract

Analysis of the Influence of Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Naira Mart Supermarkets – Pasir Putih (Pekanbaru) By : SETYA IKA RIANI NPM : 165210288 This study aims to see and find out how the influence of analysis of product quality and service quality influences consumer purchasing decisions at Naira Mart Supermarkets Pasir-Putih (Pekanbaru). This research method is a quantitative method and takes a sample of 50 respondents. The data used is based on a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression and is tested for validity and reliability. supported by SPSS. The results showed that price and service quality had an effect on purchasing decisions with an R Square of 0.677. This indicated that changes to consumer decisions should be decided by the independent variable, namely service quality, while the other 32% were determined by other factors. In the t test, it is stated that the variable of service quality has an effect on purchasing decisions
