Abstract

This study aims to explore and describe the application of the principles of transparency and accountability in the management of village fund allocations in Kota Raya Village, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research. The use of accountability planning, accountability implementation, accountability administration, accountability reporting, accountability accountability and transparency indicators as the basis used to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of accountability and transparency principles in Kota Raya Village, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency. Sources of data were obtained through interviews and documentation with the collection of documents provided by Desa Kota Raya. The data analysis technique is descriptive method. The result of this research is that it is found that the implementation of village fund allocation management accountability is not in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 because Kota Raya Village has not made a report on the realization of activities. In addition, it was also found that the application of the principle of transparency was also not in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 because there was no notice board, website, and no complaint address.
