Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe and explain how the transparency and accountability of the management of village fund allocation in Sumber Sari village, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, this research uses Deskriptif research method. Data collection thechniques used are interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Sumber Sari Village in the application of the principles of Transparency and accountability is not in accordance with the 2017 Wempy Banga indicators and the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018. In the Accountability indicator at the administration stage, the treasurer or financial kaur does not report the general cash book every month to the village secretary, then in the Transparency indicator, namely the absence of billboard installation in front of the village office, as well as the absence of a complaint media for the community if they have complaints and regarding the website or publication media of the Sumber sari Village government also does not have it.
