Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out how Transparency and accountability apply to village financial management in Padang Sawah Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency, based on Permendagri No. 20 0f 2018 concerning village financial management. This study uses a qualitative method with the informants of this reserch, namely the village head, village secretary, village treasurer ang other relevant village officials. In the form of data collection techniques using documentation and interviews. The result of this study are that Padang Sawah Village, Kampar Kiri sub-districks, kmpar distrikc is accountable but not yet transparent and has not been implemented optimally because there i no information board regarding village financial expenditure ang income and there is no address for complaints.
