Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the demand for business futsal field rental services in the city of Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency and the business prospects of futsal field rental services in the city of Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis. The study was conducted by conducting interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study are the net income of respondents from all futsal field rental services that have different net income per year, which ranges from Rp. 9,981,223 - Rp. 15.103.167. While the respondent's gross income per month is Rp. 20,000,000 - Rp. 25,000,000. Analysis of B / C Ratio for futsal field rental service business in Pangkalan Kerinci City, Pelalawan Regency in 2018 is known that a sample of futsal field rental services business in Pangkalan Kerinci City, Pelalawan Regency is as much as 6 feasible businesses, because all field rental services businesses futsal has a B / C ratio greater than 1 (> 1).
