Abstract

The Monitoring and Management System of Human Resources of the Islamic Education Institutions Foundation is a system that provides convenience to foundations in monitoring and managing human resource data. The monitoring and management system in this study is a system that can display precise and accurate human resource information in accordance with the objectives of the foundation and the foundation can easily perform human resource management. So far, monitoring and management of human resource data is still done manually, namely with paper media which results in a lot of unstructured data and in monitoring and managing human resources it becomes inefficient. Therefore, this research will design and build a system that can replace manual processes in monitoring and managing human resource data. This system is built with an incremental development model using the laravel framework. The system displays human resource data in the form of pensioners, class, educational status and others. This system is expected to make performance more effective and efficient in monitoring and managing Human Resources (HR).
