Abstract

Employee placement is an activitiy carried out by a manager to place an employee on jobs and positions in the organization . (siagian, 2005 ; 165) placement of labor is the process of assigning –assignments and jobs to a broad work force of selection tobe carried out according to a predetermined scope of space, and able to account for all risks and possibilities that occur on the tasks and work, authority, and resporsibility. (Strohadiwiryo, 2005 ; 165). This study aims to find out how employees are placed on PT. Mekar sari Kecamatan Bunut Kabupaten Pelalawan. indicators of assessment of education, work knowledge, work skills, and work experience the type of research located in Kecamatan Bunut Kabupaten Pelalawan this is descriptive survey, that is , prioritizing questionnaires as a means of collecting and data collected with this tool and then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectivesat the meticulous location. The population and junior high school in this study are, assistant head of 5 people, manager of 5 people, assistant manager of 7 people, head of administrative division oeng, treasurer of people.
