Abstract
Implementation leads to activities, the existence of actions, actions, or mechanisms of a system. The phrase mechanism implies that implementation is not just an activity, but an activity that is planned and carried out seriously based on certain norms to achieve the objectives of the activity. Basically supervision is fully directed to avoid the possibility of fraud or deviation from the objectives to be achieved. the transportation problem lies in the imbalance between the needs of facilities, transportation infrastructure and facilities, and population growth as well as the economic development of a region or region. Thus the development of a region can be interpreted that the development of a region and its community or region depends on the development of transportation, or vice versa. The emergence of the phenomenon of motorized rickshaws (bentor) in Pelalawan Regency is due to the increasing community needs in the field of transportation services. In Pelalawan District, motorized rickshaws are out of control and seem very chaotic, especially in the eastern cross road, Sorek. The method used by the author is a qualitative method. The key informant was the head of the patrol unit and the informant was a motorized rickshaw driver. Data collection of respondents was done by interviewing documentation informants and observations made to see the results of the Implementation of Police Monitoring of Traffic Units on Motorized Rickshaw Vehicles on the East Cross Road of Sorek, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency.
