Abstract
Usability is a user experience in interacting with an application or website until the user can operate it easily and quickly. Meanwhile, according to Sastramihardja, usability is a process of optimizing interaction between users and the system that can be done interactively, so that users get the right information or complete an activity in the application better. Online motorcycle taxis, it can be said that currently they are the most frequently used and needed services by many people, especially the public in general. Starting from food delivery, delivery of goods, and also between passengers, all these services have been prepared and can be ordered by those in need through certain applications. The existence of this online motorcycle taxi also opens up job opportunities for many people. In addition to how to register which is quite easy, the requirements are not burdensome, even some groups of people with certain disabilities can work as online motorcycle taxis and passengers are also safe. The results of the testing of the two platforms when distributed by the questionnaire using the SUS questionnaire, the results obtained were that the highest rating fell to the Gojek platform. Then the author processed the data using the SPSS application to see and provide more valid, effective and efficient results. And the result showed that respondents could understand how to use the Gojek platform quickly, the results found with presentations were 67% for Gojek and 56% for Grab.
