Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Performance of Employees of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Pekanbaru City (Study in the Field of Parks). Performance appraisal indicators used include work skills, quality of work, responsibility, initiative, work discipline, cooperation, and quantity of work. This type of research is descriptive survey, which prioritizes questionnaires as a tool for collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions and objectivity of objectives at the research location. The population and samples in this study were 10 people. The types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data collected using questionnaire and interview list techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Employee Performance Analysis of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Pekanbaru City (Study in the Field of Landscaping) was in the fairly good evaluation interval, with a percentage of 57%.
