Abstract

Tourism is one of the sources of income for the country which is also supported by Indonesia's natural wealth that extends from Sabang to Marauke. Tourism potential in Indonesia can be seen from various sectors, namely from natural tourism, cultural tourism to historical tourism. Siak Regency is an area that is rich in natural potential, historical values, art and culture, and has a variety of tourism potential that can be developed for the purpose of preserving history, Malay arts and culture, and local economic development. But there is still a lack of facilities, facilities and infrastructure on the Lake Sakti tourist attraction. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy in the development of Lake Naga Sakti tourism object in Pusako District, Siak Regency and to find out the inhibiting factors in the development strategy of Danau Naga Sakti tourism object in Pusako District, Siak Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive type. From the research that the authors did, it can be concluded that the strategy of developing the Naga Sakti Lake tourist attraction in Siak Regency was quite good.
