Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of Objective Job Motivation Employee Field Service Field Hospital in Handsome Province of Riau, Indicators of this study are Materials And Non Material. The type of research located in Pekanbaru City is Servey Descriptive, which memprerioritaskan list of quissioner as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions of objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location in the perusal. The population in use in this study is the Manager of the Hospital Jiwa Charming Province Riau Humas Mental Hospital Charming, And Employee Hospital Mental Tampan Riau Province. The sampling technique used in determining the individual samples is the census technique for the population Representation of each Key Informant and Purposive sampling technique for the population of Hospital Employees, the type and technique of data collection used in this study consist of, primary data collected by using the quissioner and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the tool table frequency. Based on this analytical technique, the researchers assessed and concluded that Employee Motivation Analysis of Service Fields at Handsome Mental Hospital of Riau Province is at interval of assessment "Sufficiently Applied" Recommendation to be considered is where for Public Service which is given by Hospital of Mental Handsome Riau Province to Society More Improved, this can be done by providing work motivation to employees who are inside the internal Self Handsome Mental Hospital itself.
