Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the development of Ban Ek Can industry business in the area of the Bagan Siapi-Api at distric Rokan Hilir which is a small scale traditional industry. The development assessment indicators used include capital aspects, production aspects, marketing aspects, and entrepreneurial aspects. This type of research which is located in the area of the Pahlawan street Bagan Siapi-Api in the distric Rokan Hilir is a descriptive survey, namely conducting questionnaires and interviews as a means of collecting collected data and data with this being used as the main raw material to analyze the objective conditions at the location under study. There are 3 parts in this study, namely the mind of industry, the production department and the marketing department. The types and techniques of data collection used consist of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data collected using operating techniques. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the development of industrial Ban Ek Can in Bagan Siapi-Api the distric Rokan Hilir was in the form of assessments that were still lacking in development or were still in a state of roadwork. Recommendations that need to be considered and reviewed are mainly related to matters that become obstacles and obstacles in developing the business of canned tires that can be conveyed, so that it can be achieved in the development of Ban Ek Can Bagan Siapi-Api industry business in the distric Rokan Hilir in the future.
