Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) analysis contained in the Minimum Reading Literacy Competency Assessment at SMK Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. The AKM questions analyzed amounted to 47 items. The data collection technique used by the author in this research is a documentation study. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the HOTS levels found in the AKM questions are the levels of creating (C6), evaluating (C5), and analyzing (C4). Based on the instrument table 1, the results obtained, from 20 AKM items, 10 of them are questions that are categorized as HOTS. Furthermore, instrument table 2 contains 27 AKM questions, 12 of which are categorized as HOTS.
