Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent of the Product Mix at PT Pegadaian Persero UPC arengka morning market. The indicators of this study are the width of the product mix, product mix length, product mix depth, and product mix consistency. This type of research located in Pekanbaru City is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes questionnaires as a tool for collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location under study. The population used in this study are the Branch Heads, Employees, and Customers of Pekanbaru City. The technique used in determining individual samples is for the Employee population of PT Pegadaian is a saturated sampling technique, and Accidental sampling techniques for customers of PT Pegadaian in Pekanbaru City, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consist of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assesses and concludes that the Product Mix Analysis (Survey at PT Pegadaian Persero UPC Pasar Arengka Morning) can be concluded with the answers in the category "Good Enough".
