Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyzeEffectiveness of Using IndividualEmployee Daily Report (LIHP) Applications in the Regional DevelopmentPlanning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Pelalawan Regencyand also to find out whatconstraints affect theEffectiveness of Using Individual Employee Daily Report(LIHP) Applications in the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA)of Pelalawan Regency. Indicators that are used include the ultimate achievement,integrity, and adaptation. This type of research located inPelalawan Regency is aQualitative Descriptive research method, this research method can be interpretedresearch methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certaininforman and key informan. Data collection using observation technique,interviews, and documentation. The result of research was conducted byresearcher entitle “Effectiveness of Using Individual Employee Daily Report(LIHP) Applications in the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA)of Pelalawan Regency� is quite effective.The inhibiting factors are there are noofficial rules governing the use of LIHP applications, and there is no wifi networkin the BAPPEDA office in Pelalawan Regency.
