Abstract
This study aims to determine the level of implementation of service standards carried out by Integrated District Administration Services (Patents) in Dayun District, Siak Regency. The service standard assessment indicators used include service requirements, service procedures, service times, service products and handling complaints management. The location used in this study was the Dayun District Office. The type of research in this paper is descriptive quantitative research using measurement techniques in questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Implementation of Public Service Standards (Study of Integrated District Administrative Services (PATEN) in Counter 1 in Dayun Subdistrict Siak Regency) was at a sufficiently accomplished interval. This is caused by the lack of in-depth examination of employee requirements documents that will be administered by the community, lack of information about service procedures, improper completion of service time due to employee domicile, service products that are produced often occur errors regarding community data, handling complaints management it is still not implemented so that the community still does not provide input So that the need to increase understanding and do not rush so that the examination of the requirements file that will be submitted by the community does not experience errors, the sub-district head must provide information or circulars in the form of information so that the public knows more, the Regional Government should provide such an official home around the office so that employees are right time in performing services as desired, the sub-district head must disseminate any data needed to obtain service products provided by the sub-district office, the community must be able to provide constructive input such as submitting complaints and complaints about how services should be corrected through the suggestion box which is at the office or through websites and newspapers that are on social media.
