Abstract
The research was conducted with the aim of finding out the results of analysis of the "Ceria" Puskesmas services in Pangkalan Bunut Pelalawan Regency in 2018. The research was conducted in September 2018. The subjects of this study were all "Ceria" Puskesmas health workers, consisting of 1 Head of Community Health Center, 18 Health Officers and 11 Community as a measure of service achievement. Data collection in this study uses the results of interviews directly to the research subjects. The results of the interviews prove that the quality of health services in the "Ceria" Puskesmas is good, although it does not support the complete facilities, and has received a positive response from the community regarding the performance of health workers who carry out their duties, although there are still some people who choose giving birth using the services of a dukun kampung
