Abstract

Early childhood is absolutely in the golden period to stimulate growth and development. An application of appropriate learning for children will result in optimal learning. The aim of the study is to investigate how the application of science learning at Kasih Bunda I Pre-School in Rupat district. The type of the study is a qualitative case study. The data collection techniques of study are observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis of the study is carried out through three stages: data reduction, data display and data verification. The subjects of the study are one of the class teachers and the principle of Kasih Bunda I Pre-school. The location of the study is at Kasih Bunda I Pre-School in the village of Pangkalan Nyirih, Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. The results of the study show that the application of science learning at Kasih Bunda I Pre-school includes the methods in learning science, various types of science activities, the teacher's roles in science learning, aspects of developmental stimulation in science learning, the sense of science for the pupils and also the assessment in science learning.
